Donation From Milford Supports Homes For Troops
A Taunton-based nonprofit received a boost from a Milford donor to help build custom homes for veterans.

Bay Equity Loan Officer Mike Shain enthusiastically supports “Homes for Our Troops,” a Taunton-based charity that builds and donates custom homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans nationwide, to enable them to rebuild their lives.

Shain is passionate about helping those who serve.
“Giving back to the community is very important to me and supporting those who have served is an honor,” Shain says. “Homes for our Troops has long history of outstanding work. I am thrilled to make donations throughout the year to support their mission.”

Shain is also President and Founder of Thanks To Yanks, a local charity supporting those who sacrifice to serve and protect; including first responders, military members and their families.
