Ideas Wanted For Milford 'Complete Streets' Plan

Milford is developing a "complete streets" plan, and is looking for ideas from residents on what work needs to get done.

MILFORD, MA — Know a street in Milford that needs a new crosswalk or a sidewalk repair? It's time to report it.

Milford is looking for ideas from citizens as its moves forward with creating a "complete streets" priority plan. The plan will guide the town in making upgrades so that local roadways are safer and more usable for everyone, from drivers to wheelchair users.

Milford has created a website where citizens can enter ideas on a map. The town highway department will also be out looking for possible upgrades. The work is being sponsored by a MassDOT grant.
