Local Milford TV Talk Show to Celebrate 50th Episode

Talk Show with RJ Sheedy will be celebrating its 50th episode with a special two-hour LIVE show on August 22nd, 2015 from 8pm-10pm on Milford TV. The show will be taped live before a studio audience at Milford TV. The public is welcome to attend the taping.

Talk Show with RJ Sheedy has been on the air since January 2013. The show has welcomed guests such as Seinfeld writer Spike Feresten, former UFC Fighter Jorge Rivera, and 103.3 AMP Radio’s morning show host, TJ Taormina. Recently the show was nominated for a WMRC local music award for the best music-oriented television show. Beyond Milford TV, Talk Show with RJ Sheedy is also aired on Upton Community Television in Upton Massachusetts, Douglas Cable Access in Douglas Massachusetts, and Hopedale Channel 8 in Hopedale, Massachusetts.

During the 50th show, RJ will be looking back at some of the show’s best moments from the show’s 50 episode history as well as bringing back some of the best guests from the first 50 shows. Currently scheduled to appear on the 50th Show is WMRC’s Ray Auger, former UFC fighter Jorge Rivera, Josette Puig, Comedian Jerry Caruso, Comedian Jay Grove, and musical guests Mick Lawless, Fez Williams, and Shanna Jackman.

“50 shows is such a huge milestone in local access television that has to be celebrated in a big way,” says Sheedy, who has been behind the scenes working tirelessly on organizing the 50th show. “There’s no other way to do this show without welcoming back some of our favorite guests who have helped us make the show what it is”. In addition to an all-star lineup of guests, a brand new intro for the show will be debuted during the 50th show that will feature original music composed by local musician Fez Williams.

Talk Show with RJ Sheedy can be viewed Sundays at midnight, Tuesday at 11 p.m., Thursday at 9 p.m., and Saturday at 8 p.m. on Milford TV (Comcast Channel 8, Verizon Fios Channel 38.
