MILFORD, MA — A town program offering residents rides to get coronavirus vaccine shots is expanding.

Last week, acting police Chief James Falvey and Milford Senior Center Director Sue Clark said officers would begin rides to residents over age 75. The program will now offer rides to anyone over age 65, and the Milford Fire Department will begin helping out.

There are two coronavirus vaccine sites in Milford: the CVS along Medway Road and Milford Regional Medical Center. Anyone who gets a ride from the town needs to make a vaccine appointment in advance. Appointments can be made either online or by calling 211.
