The Milford High School Girls Honored At Fenway

Since Milford High clinched the Division 1 title, the team was honored at Fenway Park.

MILFORD, MA—There's nothing like being on the field under the Green Monster.

On Saturday, Sept. 9, at Fenway Park, The Milford High School Girls Varsity softball team was honored in a pregame ceremony for winning the 2017 Division 1 State Championship, announced the school. The team was treated to batting practice and met with 12 other championship teams in the "Champions Club" located inside Gate C.

The players were then brought out onto the outfield warning track where they were announced and recognized for their championship season. The Red Sox provided free tickets in the bleachers for the coaches and players, where the team watched the Red Sox win 9-0.
