Milford Police: Bagel Toaster Catches on Fire at Dunkin Donuts

Friday, Oct. 17
At 9:33 a.m., Milford police received a report from the owner of the BP gas station on Prospect Street that a 2003 red Ford F250 had been stolen sometime during the week.
At 12:17 p.m., a caller reported to police that the cap to an oxygen tank had been broken at a residence on Cedar Street, causing the oxygen to leak.

At 1:22 p.m., a caller reported his car had been vandalized while at Hannaford Market on Medway Road.
At 4:34 p.m., a caller from Prezo Grille and Bar reported that the window of one of the restaurant’s employees’ cars had been smashed.

At 4:37 p.m., a caller reported that a man in a gray sweatshirt drove off from Kohl’s after alleged shoplifting.
At 7:27 p.m., a caller reported hearing fireworks in the area of Redwood DRive.At 7:59 p.m, another caller reported hearing fireworks in the Trinity Drive area.
At 8:55 p.m., the Milford Fire Department responded to Dunkin Donuts on South Main Street after receiving a report that a bagel toaster caught on fire and had been smoking. Crews extinguished the fire.
