Milford Police Plan Child Car Seat Safety Event

MILFORD, MA — Milford police are planning an even to help keep kids safe on the roadways.

A free child passenger safety seat checkup will be held at the Milford Highway Department, as part of the Massachusetts Child Passenger Safety Initiative, on Saturday, May 21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

At the checkup, nationally certified child passenger safety technicians will be available to inspect and properly install child safety seats.

The checkups are made possible by federal grant funding provided by the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS).
