New Book Sheds Light on Milford History

History buffs in Milford take note.

A new book recently released by Arcadia Publishing sheds light on the history of the town, according to the Milford Town Library.

“Images of America: Milford” was co-written by Historical Collections Librarian Deborah Eastman of the library and Anne Lamontagne and Marilyn Lowell of the Milford Historical Commission.

The book, according to the announcement, is meant to appeal to all residents of Milford, be them lifelong or newcomers.

The book is available for purchase from Barnes & Noble and on Amazon.

A book signing is set for this Sunday, Oct. 19 from 2-4 p.m. at Memorial Hall.
