Nominations Open For United Way of Tri-County Volunteer And Youth Volunteer of the Year

The United Way is seeking nominations for volunteer of the year and youth volunteer of the year.

Nominations are now open for the United Way of Tri-County Volunteer of the Year and Youth Volunteer of the Year awards. Each year UWTC recognizes individuals in the MetroWest/495 Corridor whose dedicated volunteer service significantly contributes to the local community.

Nominees do not need to be a United Way volunteer, but must demonstrate exceptional effort and commitment, working selflessly for others in their community.

A committee of volunteers will select an individual winner for both the Youth Volunteer and Volunteer of the Year awards. The two volunteers will be honored at the United Way’s Annual Recognition Breakfast, generously sponsored by the MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, on Thursday, April 6, at the Sheraton Hotel in Framingham. More details and nomination forms can be found on the UWTC website at www.uwotc.org/nominate.
