Obituaries: Diana Poole; Richard Vaughan; Caroline Bucci

Diana (Douglas) Poole, 70, died Sunday, Nov. 16 after a battle with cancer.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Kenneth Poole, as well as a daughter, grandchildren, other family and many friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Nov. 23, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. at Edwards Memorial Funeral Home in Milford. Funeral services will be private.

Richard J. Vaughan, longtime Milford resident, died Tuesday, Nov. 18. He was 67.

Vaughan moved to Milford more than 30 years ago with his family, including his wife of 46 years, Helen R. (Houghton) Vaughan.

Visitation will be Sunday, Nov. 23, from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. at Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home. A memorial service will then take place at 5 p.m.

Caroline A. “Carrie” (Geronmini) Bucci, 90, died Tuesday, Nov. 18.

Bucci has called Milford home since 1958 and was a communicant of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Milford.

Calling hours will take place Sunday, Nov. 23, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. The funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. at the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home.
