Obituary: Joseph Guidi, Milford Italian American Veterans Past President

Joseph N. Guidi, 91, of Milford passed away on Saturday, Oct. 4, according to an obituary posted to the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home website.

Born in Milford, Guidi was a lifelong resident in town and graduated from Milford High School in 1940. He was a World War II Army Veteran and also served as a member and past president of the Italian American Veterans in Milford.

A funeral will be held on Friday, Oct. 10 at 9 a.m. from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St. in Milford, with a mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main St. in Milford. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, Oct. 9, from 4-7 p.m.
