Hundreds of people gathered to watch the floats and bicycle brigade pass by.

MILFORD, MA — Neighbors and spectators lined the streets to watch the Independence Day floats and decorated cars pass through, all part of Milford's annual Fourth of July Parade. Starting at the IHop on Rte. 109 at the intersections of Routes 109 and 16 the parade followed Rte. 16 into town, ending at Draper Park.

Between the music and bands marching in the parade, a bicycle brigade filled with dozens of kids riding decked out bikes in festive red, white and blue and the traditional 'Americana' style floats, the parade had something for everyone.

The parade even featured a special guest DeLorean from "Back to the Future." The parade also honored Milfordian of the Year, former Police Chief Thomas O'Loughlin.

A contest to judge the best floats took place but judges are still deliberating on the winners. You can judge too and see what the parade looked like for yourself:
