Program Coordinator Position at MYC

The Milford Youth Center is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator who is creative, organized and enjoys working with youth.

In this FT position, you will develop and facilitate after-school and summer programs for children and teens at the Milford Youth Center; recruit and manage a group of adult volunteers to assist with the facilitation of weekly program and age-specific activities for MYC youth members; be allowed the flexibility to develop and implement new and engaging programming based on the interests of the MYC youth members; and seek grant opportunities to develop or supplement programs at the MYC. Most importantly, the Program Coordinator Position will support the Milford Youth Center’s mission of providing a safe environment that promotes self-esteem, builds character, and fosters the notion of community and the importance of respecting and serving others!

• This is a full-time position (40 hours) and includes benefits: health dental, vacation/sick/personal, etc.
• The position starts at Step 1, $18.69 per hour.
