MILFORD, MA — The Milford Aldi store will reopen next week after being closed in recent months for a renovation, part of a remodeling spree the discount supermarket chain has undertaken.

The new East Main Street store in Milford will feature more modern styling with expanded sections for fresh food and frozen food. Aldi is doing similar renovations at 1,300 locations across the U.S.

“At our core, ALDI has always been passionate about providing the best groceries at the best prices. Now, we’re in the process of remodeling many of our stores to better serve shoppers and ensure the design and experience match the high quality of our products,” South Windsor division vice president Chris Daniels said in a news release. "Each time we remodel a store, the customer feedback is fantastic, and we can’t wait to welcome the Milford residents back with an even better ALDI experience."
