Storm Watch: Milford Could See 6 Inches of Snow

MILFORD, MA - Six inches of snow may be on the ground in Milford by Sunday morning, or maybe it will just be an inch or two.
Snow might be on the way to Massachusetts, but how much white stuff will come to the area is still up for debate.
As of 5 p.m. Friday evening, WBZ and WHDH are both forecasting 1-3 inches. On the other end of the spectrum is WCVB and WFXT with 3-6 inches.

According to the National Weather Service, there is a risk for snow across the eastern part of the state, with the greatest threat over Southeastern Massachusetts.
The weekend starts with snow likely in the afternoon with more coming during the evening, along with wind gusts as high as 33 mph. The high for the weekend will be in the low 30s.

“If the storm tracks closer to the coast, heavy snow would be possible farther north. Conversely, if the storm tracks farther offshore, the threat of heavy snow will diminish,” the NWS said.
What happens, ultimately, will depend on the exact track of the storm, according to the NWS.
