A Milford teen was arraigned in Milford District Court Monday on her second breaking and entering charge in the past month. She also is charged with two counts of larceny and one count of malicious destruction of property.

An 18-year-old re-arrested over the weekend on burglary-related charges was placed on house arrest Monday following an arraignment hearing.

Keri L. Spear, 18, of 62 Forest St., Milford, was arraigned in Milford District Court on one count of breaking and entering, two counts of larceny and one count of malicious destruction of property. This is her second breaking and entering charge this month.

District Judge Robert B. Calagione released Spear on her own recognizance. He ordered her to remain drug and alcohol free and said she will be allowed to travel 15 minutes outside the home to work. If she commits another offense, Spear will be held in a county jail for 60 days without bail, he said.
