"Post 9/11 while we had troops in battle, I thought it was important to honor and thank the families of those who serve in the military, the thinking being that when one family member serve, the entire family serves. The dinner is a random act of kindness to say thank you for your service. The dinner is always on 9/11,non-political and always free."
