New Job Opening: Head of Recreation, Hazlet Township

Hazlet Township recently restructured its Recreation Dept. and is looking to hire a full-time Recreation Director. (See story on Holmdel-Hazlet Patch.)

The following job description has been posted to the township website. Responses are due by July 9, 2014.: 

Township of Hazlet, Monmouth County is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee its Recreation Department.  Will plan, develop, schedule, and promote recreation programs and activities designed to meet the needs of the community, including summer camp program, Swim & Tennis Club and other facilities. Minimum 3 years of experience in the recreation field required, preferably in municipal government.  Must be computer literate, with knowledge of all Microsoft programs.  Valid driver’s license required. Salary DOQ/DOE.
