Palmer Avenue Paving Set For July 12-13 In Holmdel

HOLMDEL, NJ - Palmer Avenue is slated to close to vehicular traffic next week in Holmdel and Middletown due to road reconstruction, authorities said.

Weather permitting, Monmouth County Public Works will be milling and paving Palmer Avenue from Carmen Street in Middletown to Middle Road July 12 and 13, the Holmdel Township Police Department wrote in a statement.

Construction will take place between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Detours will be in place but locals should expect delays.

Residents in the Hidden Pond, Maurice Avenue and Palmer Court areas will have access to their homes, police said.
