Bicyclist Struck By Vehicle On Highway 35 In Holmdel: Cops
Holmdel police are looking for witnesses to a Wednesday night collision involving a Chevrolet SUV and bicyclist on the main road.
HOLMDEL, NJ - The Holmdel Township Police Department is looking for witnesses to a Wednesday night collision involving a Chevrolet SUV and bicyclist on Rt. 35.
On June 2 at around 9:45 pm, Holmdel police officers located a motor vehicle crash involving a bicyclist on Highway 35 and Laurel Avenue.
Officers determined that a 32-year-old bicyclist was struck by a blue Chevrolet SUV as the cyclist was traveling southbound on the shoulder of the main road.

The bicyclist, who was not immediately identified, was conscious and alert on scene, authorities said. He was transported to an area hospital by the Holmdel First Aid Squad.
