Broken Utility Pole Closes Holmdel Main Street Thursday Morning

HOLMDEL, NJ – County Route 520 (otherwise known as Main Street) was closed as of 7 a.m. on Aug. 13 between Middletown Road and Everett Road.

The road closures come due to repair work on a broken utility pole, according to the Holmdel Township Police Department.

Crews from JCP&L and Verizon were reported on scene Thursday morning to make necessary repairs.

“Please follow the detour signs onto McCampbell Road,” instructed Holmdel police over social media.
