Cliffwood Man Exposed Himself to Young Children in Keyport, Police Say
The victims were two 10-year-old girls and a 7-year-old girl who were playing in a front yard.
A 32-year-old Cliffwood Beach man allegedly exposed himself to young children in Keyport, according to police.
Amir Zebardast was arrested on Thursday after police say he drove up to a yard, engaged in conversation with two 10-year-old girls and one 7-year-old girl while allegedly holding his penis.
Zebardast is charged with the aggravated sexual assault of a child, lewdness observed by a child under the age of 13 and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is being held in the Monmouth County jail in lieu of $252,500 bail.
