Crossroads Collecting Holiday Gifts For At Risk Teens In Hazlet
It's easy to donate a present to a homeless, at-risk teenager.

HAZLET, NJ — For the second year, Crossroads Programs has partnered with MedExpress Urgent Care to collected presents for at-risk and homeless teenagers this holiday season.
Gifts for teens between 10-18 will be collected at the check-in counter of 17 different locations through December 17, including the Hazlet location, at 2880 Route 35.
Gift suggestions include ear buds, cologne, perfume, wallets, purses, book bags, body wash and lotions, winter gloves, winter hats, jewelry, footballs, basketballs, cookbooks, phone chargers, and gift cards to clothing stores.

“MedExpress is committed to the well-being of the local community,” said Brandon Peña, MedExpress Field Marketing Coordinator. “Crossroads Programs’ work changes the lives of youth throughout New Jersey, which is why MedExpress is proud to support their holiday drive again this year.”
“We are thrilled to partner with MedExpress Urgent Care for the second consecutive year to bring holiday joy to the youth we serve,” said Crossroads’ Programs CEO Michael Snyder. “Last year we collected close to 300 gifts at just seven MedExpress locations, so this year we are enthusiastic to expand the program and invite even more of the community to donate.”

Crossroads Program provides support, shelter and services to homeless and runaway teenagers as they transition into adulthood. Their programs focus on development assess, education and emotional mentoring, and life skills training.
