Downed Tree Limb on Seven Oaks Circle in Holmdel

Wind brought down a tree limb on Seven Oaks Circle, with reports of minor flooding on Hwy. 35, Holland Road, Middle Rd and Palmer Avenue.

HOLMDEL, NJ - High wind gusts brought down a tee limb on Seven Oaks Circle in Holmdel, and there have been reports of minor flooding on Hwy. 35, Holland Road, Middle Rd and Palmer Avenue, Holmdel police told Patch.

This morning there was an accident at Hwy. 35 and Laurel Ave with a minor injury, police said. Monday night into Tuesday morning was quiet, with no reported power outages, downed wires or trees, or fire or EMS calls, storm-related or otherwise.

The police ask everyone to please stay off the roads as the Holmdel Dept. of Public Works continues their snow removal efforts. The main and secondary roadways are clear, and work continues in the neighborhoods., Lt. Michael Pigott said. The roads are still slippery and residents should still avoid unnecessary travel, Lt. Pigott said.
