Hazlet TD Bank Robbed, Suspect At Large

HAZLET, NJ - Officials are looking for a suspect in connection with a Friday afternoon robbery at the TD Bank in Hazlet on Bethany Road, authorities said.

In a statement posted Friday evening to Facebook, the Hazlet Township Police Department notified the public that authorities are currently looking for a tall male subject approximately six feet tall wearing a black Carhart brand jacket, black pants, black hood and black.

The suspect was “also wearing clear latex gloves, the type you would typically see in food service,” according to the statement.

The robbery occurred around 2:30 p.m. on Friday. No weapon was shown, police said.
