Highway 36 In Hazlet Closed In Both Directions: Police

HAZLET, NJ – Highway 36 in Hazlet is closed in both directions between Middle Rd and Poole Avenue, according to township police.

According to an emergency alert, the road closure is due to downed utility poles and wires. Emergency personnel are currently on scene.

Hazlet police advise residents to plan an alternate route and stay clear from the area.
