Holland Road in Holmdel Township will be closed Wednesday morning for tree work, authorities said. Here's where to avoid:
HOLMDEL, NJ - Holmdel residents may need to plan alternate routes during commuting hours Wednesday morning as Holland Road will be closed to traffic, according to authorities.
The road will be shuttered between Glenn Way and Redfern Road for tree work on Wednesday starting at 8:30 a.m., the Holmdel Township Police Department wrote in a statement.
Motorists are asked to plan an alternate route or follow posted detours as local traffic will not be allowed to pass through the work zone.

Access for residents will be from either side of the work zone, the department said.
