Holmdel, Hazlet Residents Arrested In Middletown

A Holmdel man and a Hazlet resident were recently arrested in Middletown in unrelated cases, police said.

The Holmdel man was charged with shoplifting; the Hazlet man was charged with lewdness.

According to a news release from Middletown Deputy Chief Stephen Dollinger:

Brian Hilliard, 34, from Gettysburg Lane in Holmdel, was arrested on Oct. 2 by Detective Anthony Dellatacoma on a charge of Shoplifting. He was released pending a court date.

Patrick Carroll, 19, from Bucknell Drive in Hazlet, was arrested on Oct. 3 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield on a charge of Lewdness. He was released pending a court date.
