Holmdel Police Searching For Stolen Vehicle

A vehicle was stolen from a Holmdel driveway after the key fob was left inside, police said.

Police are searching for a white or silver, late-model BMW M5 that was seen in the area at the time of the theft. That car appears to have a temporary New Jersey license plate.

The vehicle was stolen on Oct. 21 at 1:20 p.m. from a driveway on Maple Leaf Drive.

The vehicle was unlocked and the key fob had been left inside, police said.

Police said they want to remind residents to lock their cars and remove key fobs from their parked vehicles.
