The Manalapan territory will be operated by Marlboro-based franchisee Talib Mirza and his parents, Urooj and Asra Mirza. New Jersey native Talib Mirza expressed that his interest in becoming a Tribos Peri Peri partner stems from a desire to provide the community with healthy food options without the sacrifice of unique flavors and an exciting dining experience.
“Our goals are closely aligned, like our values towards the prosperity of our communities,” Mirza said in a statement.

The Manalapan storefront serves as the chain’s third franchise deal in less than six months, according to Tribos Peri Peri Director of Franchising Kunal Sethi.
“As our brand expands its footprint in the fast casual market, our menu will continue to differentiate us from any of our competitors,” said Sethi. “We know that we will be the unique choice for a fast casual meal, no matter what city our franchise lands in next.”
Sethi also notes that the brand expects to pen new deals with more franchisees within the next few months.
“We have a strong value proposition and have attracted many candidates seeking to invest in the booming fast casual segment. I have no doubt that 2021 will be a year full of expansion for us,” said Sethi.
