Holmdel's Verde Woods Development Granted Extension Approval
Originally approved in 2017, the Verde Woods development on Laurel Avenue was granted a one-year extension to Dec. 19, 2021.
HOLMDEL, NJ - Holmdel zoners have granted an extension to the developers of a new residential housing development near Beau Ridge, according to meeting documents.
During a virtual June 16 meeting, the Holmdel Zoning Board granted a one-year extension to developers of the project. Dubbed “Verde Woods,” the development calls for the removal of the wooded area to make room for construction. The extension is retroactive from Dec. 21, 2020 - the end of the previous extension - to Dec. 19, 2021.
Verde Woods is planned to be an eight-home subdivision sitting on 3.25 acres of land, TAPInto Holmdel initially reported. It was granted initial approval in 2017.
