Observe Memorial Day at Holmdel and Hazlet Services

All government offices will be closed for business Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day. Holmdel and Hazlet will be hosting Memorial Day observances at their respective town halls.

Honor members of the United States Military who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the country this Memorial Day by attending a local ceremony. Holmdel Township, Hazlet Township and the NJ Vietnam Veterans' Memorial in Holmdel will all be marking the occasion.

Memorial Circle, Holmdel 
Monday, May 27 at 10:30 a.m. 

Join the Holmdel Office of Parks and Recreation as they honor those who have served in all wars. The ceremony will be held at the Memorial Circle in front of Holmdel Town Hall. All are invited to attend this event and refreshments will be served. More information -->

NJ Vietnam Veteran's Memorial, Holmdel
Monday, May 27 at 11 a.m. 

The guest speaker at this year's ceremony will be Brigadier General (Ret) Vincent E. Stahl. The ceremony will also include the presentation of two scholarships to New Jersey high school seniors and the induction of five Vietnam Veterans into the Memorial's "In Memory" Program. More information -->

Sunday, May 26 at 2 p.m. 

In addition to the services in Holmdel and Hazlet, Matawan will be hosting their annual Memorial Day Parade on Sunday, May 26 at 2 p.m. down Main Street. More information -->
