Two men are accused of stealing a car in Holmdel Thursday night.
Timothy Kegley, 21, of Holmdel and Richard Catalano, 19, of Freehold were arrested after police received a report of stolen vehicle at 8:10 p.m. Patrolman David D’Arcy observed the car entering the Garden State Parkway and made a motor vehicle stop after it exited from Exit 109, according to a Holmdel Police Department press release.
Both men were charged with car theft. Kegley, the driver of the vehicle, also faces multiple motor vehicle summonses. Catalano has also been charged with heroin possession and possession of a hypodermic needle.

Kegley and Catalano were remanded to Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $7,500 bail.Â
