Report: Former Bell Labs Site Being Rehabilitated

Restoration work has started at the former Bell Labs facility in Holmdel, a report in the Asbury Park Press said.

The plan for the 473 acre site and its massive office building, the Press report said, is a ”city under one roof” with offices, entertainment facilities, medical facilities, a hotel and conference area along with residential and restaurant development.

The site, 25 percent of which has already been leased, will be known as Bell Works, according to the Press report.
