Software Company Settles In At Bell Works In Holmdel
iCIMS, another key tenant for the Bell Works building in Holmdel, has moved into its new sprawling space at the historic property.

HOLMDEL, NJ - Another brick in the wall, so to speak, now that technology company iCIMS has opened its sleek, multimillion-dollar Bell Works facility that also houses a new township library and is attracting a number of other tech businesses.
With iCIMS employees wearing red shirts saying “The Future Starts Now” Colin Day, its chief executive officer, noted the significance. “This is not a destination,” Day told employees as they gathered in the massive atrium in the building where scientists developed the transitor and where the quality of the research resulted in a series of Nobel Prizes . “This is not a sign that we’ve made it. We’ve got a long, long way to go. This is a launching pad," he said, according to an article in the Asbury Park Press.
iCIMS makes software that helps companies manage their recruiting process. It has 650 employees and more than $150 million in annual revenue, according to the Press. iCIMS and technology company, WorkWave, were key tenants for Bell Works, a 2-million-square-foot project that officials hope will help revive the Jersey Shore’s rich tech history.

“It provided momentum for other tenants and confidence,” said Ralph Zucker, president of Somerset Development, the developer of the Bell Works site. “WorkWave and iCIMS were hand in hand. And from there the flood gates opened.”
