Police say a convoy of vehicles carrying supporters of President Trump was blocking traffic on the Garden State Parkway on Sunday.
HOLMDEL – Police say a convoy of vehicles carrying supporters of President Trump was blocking traffic on the Garden State Parkway on Sunday.
Videos on social media showed the vehicles parked in the parkway's express lanes and also on the grassy shoulders.
People waved Trump flags as one person can be heard saying: "We shut it down, baby. We shut it down."

Many of the people were also honking their vehicle horns.
The State Police said they planned to provide more information later on Sunday, only saying that the situation took place in the Holmdel area.
