HAZLET, NJ - The finalists and winners of Hazlet's holiday house decorating contest were announced Tuesday, and the full list is below. Preliminary judging took place Dec. 10-13 with final judging last Thursday, Dec. 15 from 5-7 p.m. All the first-place winners receive a prize. It's too late this year, but there's always next year!
