2015 Thanksgiving TV Schedule: When to See Parades, NFL Games, Chefs

Is watching a Thanksgiving Day parade or a football game as much a part of your family routine as turkey and pumpkin pie?

Check this season’s lineup of holiday programming on TV to find your favorite Thanksgiving shows -- The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving – along with a side dish of NFL games for turkey day.

Here’s the schedule, all times Eastern unless otherwise noted:

Thursday, Nov. 26

“Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade” (9 a.m. EST on NBC) -- Don’t miss out on watching the floats in New York City during this three-hour tradition that is topped with the arrival of Santa Claus at the historic store.

“Thanksgiving Day Parade” (9 a.m. EST on CBS) --CBS celebrates the 55th annual telecast from New York City. The broadcast will feature performances from Broadway’s “Jersey Boys” and “Beautiful -- The Carole King Musical.”

“McDonald’s Thanksgiving Parade” (9 a.m. EST on WGN) -- Watch the Thanksgiving festivities in Chicago.

Thursday, Nov. 26

A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, (8 p.m. ET on ABC) – The beloved Peanuts gang does its classic take on Thanksgiving.

NFL Games: This year’s tripleheader with playoff implications:

• Philadelphia Eagles @ Detroit Lions, 12:30 p.m. on FOX
• Carolina Panthers @ Dallas Cowboys, 4:30 p.m. on CBS
• Chicago Bears @ Green Bay Packers, 8:30 p.m. on NBC
