HOWELL, NJ - Construction on NJ 34 in Howell Township has closed a shoulder on the right side of the main road, authorities said.
As of 9 a.m., drainage improvements on NJ 34 northbound north of NJ 33 has one right shoulder closed, according to a 511NJ alert.
The closure is in effect until 3:30 p.m. today, the alert reads.
