HOWELL, NJ - One right lane and two shoulders were closed Monday morning on Route 35 in Howell due to construction and utility work, authorities said.

The construction affects lanes southbound at the intersection of CR 524 and Atlantic Ave.

1 Right lane and the shoulder of 2 lanes will be closed until 3 p.m. on Feb. 8, according to 511NY.org.
