HOWELL, NJ - Construction and traffic signal repairs are slated to close one right lane of Route 9 southbound from Freehold to Howell on Thursday, authorities said.

One southbound right lane will be closed on Feb. 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to a 511NY.org alert. The closure extends from south of CR 524/Elton-Adelphia Road in Freehold Township to north of Strickland Rd in Howell Township.
