Howell Township Schools and the Freehold Regional High School District (FRHSD) announced a 90-minute delayed opening for Friday.
Early FRHSD schools Freehold, Howell and Manalapan will begin at 9 a.m. Late schools Colts Neck, Freehold Township and Marlboro will begin at 9:55 a.m.
