Farmingdale Man Charged In Federal Building Vandalism In Philly
Dustin Callahan, 24, is facing felony charges in connection with vandalism to at least two federal buildings in downtown Philadelphia.
FARMINGDALE, NJ - A Farmingdale man was among seven protesters charged by Philadelphia police in the vandalism of at least two federal buildings on New Year’s Eve, according to an Associated Press report.
Nearly 50 protesters clad in black were seen around 8:30 p.m. at the U.S. Customs House on Dec. 31, with police recovering Molotov cocktails and “other suspicious devices," according to the report.
Dustin Callahan, 24, was part of the “large disorderly crowd” that congregated in Center City, arrested alongside Adam McVicker, 25, of Coatesville, P.A., Allison Donohue, 23, of Wallingford, P.A., and Josey Augustine, 31, of Royersford, P.A. All were charged with criminal mischief, possession of an instrument of crime, and conspiracy, according to court documents.

Damage was estimated at around $3,000 with anti-police and anti-prison rhetoric was written on walls. A sheriff’s van was vandalized with "ACAB" - which stands for "all cops are bastards" - and several windows were also broken.
Jacob Robotin, 25, of Willow Grove, P.A., Sydney Miller, 22, of Philadelphia, P.A. and Meredith Tooker, 26, were charged with attempted arson, risking catastrophe, conspiracy and related offenses, according to the report.

Robotin was carrying a jar that contained a “a strong flammable odor,” as well as a plastic container labeled “Fire Starter,” while Miller had bottles with liquids that had “a chemical smell,” police said.
McVicke, Donohue, Augustine, and Callahan were released on $10,000 unsecured bail. Tooker was also released on $75,000 unsecured bail. Robotin and Miller were released after posting 10 percent of $75,000 bail.
Robotin, Miller, and Tooker have preliminary hearing scheduled for Jan. 19. Preliminary hearings for McVicke, Donohue, Augustine, and Callahan are scheduled for Feb. 1.
