Fatal Crash Data Shows Monmouth Among Top 10 in NJ

Number of fatal crashes slightly dropped from previous years.

Despite a drop in the number of fatal crashes from previous years, Monmouth County still ranks in the top 10 statewide, according to NJ.com.

In 2013, there have been 15 fatal crashes, which include 16 fatalities, NJ.com reported. At this time last year, there were 17 fatal crashes; 16 in July 2011.

Middlesex County ranks number one statewide for fatal crashes and Ocean County second.
