According to GasBuddy.com, which compiles and compares fuel prices at 130,000 gas stations across the nation, the average price of a gallon of gasoline in New Jersey has dropped to $2.07 as of Wednesday.

And prices are still dropping, the website states.
In Howell, the cheapest listed gas station is BJ’s Gas, 5371 Route 9 north at Lanes Mill Road, which is down to $1.96 per gallon of regular.
