Halloween, Mischief Night Curfew Reminder In Howell
If you're going out, keep the mischief harmless and be safe.

HOWELL, NJ — If your kids are heading out for a little pre-Halloween fun, or wondering what time they need to be off the streets on Wednesday for Halloween, here's your reminder.
As the folks at the Howell Happenings NJ Facebook page noted, Howell Township has a 10 p.m. curfew for juveniles. So anyone under the age of 18 must be off the streets by then unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The curfew is 10 p.m. year-round, not just at Halloween.
There are no set times for trick-or-treating, according to township ordinances. Most towns that have set trick-or-treat times have set 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
