Help Kitty Jaspurr Find A Forever Home: Pet Of The Week

MONMOUTH COUNTY – If you're thinking about adding a pet to your family, the Monmouth County SPCA has animals who need forever homes.

Patch is featuring one each week, and this week's pet is Jaspurr.

Jaspurr is a 2-year-old black cat with a white belly and beautiful green eyes. He’s bound to get along with other mellow cats, although he can also thrive in a single-cat household.

“I certainly hope to be treasured more than I was before. I was one of 20 cats left at the MCSPCA’s doorstep, chilling in not such a good way! A little adjusting later and I’m all set to get to know my new family,” reads his description on the SPCA website.

“I’m purrfectly delighted to meet and get to know you. I’m still coming out of my shell, so the more time you give me here and at home, the happier a boy I’ll be. I just want all the pets, play, and cozy, spacious places to nap I never knew.”

Adoption hours at the Eatontown location are Wednesday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday through Monday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
