MONMOUTH COUNTY – If you're thinking about adding a pet to your family, the Monmouth County SPCA has animals who need forever homes.
Patch is featuring one each week, and this week's pet is Waffles.
Waffles is a 3-year-old playful bulldog mix who gets “wiggly” when he meets new people and is always looking to be pet.

Monday calls for a face like this
“Looking for someone sweet and delicious? Look no further because WAFFLES is here .. Waffles came to the shelter with his “sister” Pancakes and they’re now both looking for their forever homes,” the shelter’s description reads.
“Waffles is a 3-year-old bulldog mix who loves getting pets and has a butt that never stops wiggling! At this, time we think Waffles would be best as the only dog in the home - but not to worry, his personality is big enough to make everyone happy.”

Waffles was found “running around” Red Bank with sister Pancakes, according to the Monmouth County SPCA website. He would excel as the only dog in a home with kids over 12 years old.

Adoption hours at the Eatontown location are Wednesday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday through Monday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
