Howell Man Faces Drugs, Computer Crimes Charges
Charges stem from separate incidents in two towns

A Howell man faces a host of charges stemming from two separate incidents in a pair of towns, according to arrest warrants.
Nicholas G. Moran, 23, of Sylvan Ave., was charged by Howell Police with third degree theft and third degree computer crime for accessing someone else’s PayPal account, which was tied to a bank account, and making $4,672.59 in fraudulent online purchases between April 2 and April 18, the warrants say.
Moran is also charged with a slew of drug offenses stemming from an April 19 arrest in Wall Township. Moran is charged with third degree heroin possession, fourth degree possession of oxycodone without a prescription, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the warrants.

Moran was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $25,500 bail. He was listed as an inmate late Tuesday.
