Howell PAL Offers Kids Spooky Fun At Paranormal Camp

The one-week camp teaches them how to gather and evaluate evidence as they learn about paranormal activity.

HOWELL, NJ — The Howell Township PAL is inviting parents to sign their kids up for a week of spooky fun at the Paranormal Summer Camp.

The camp, from July 22-26 at Southard Enrichment Center, is for kids ages 11 to 17, the PAL website says. The camp runs from 9 a.m. to noon.

Students join together to form a paranormal team and investigate two haunted locations, one at night!

Here are the daily activities:

Day 1: What is paranormal? Examples and Experiences
Day 2: Paranormal Equipment & Practice Investigation
Day 3: Two-hour ghost hunt in a local cemetery. (Parent/guardian must remain on location for the ghost hunt. Carpooling is recommended.)
Day 4: Learn how to review evidence
Day 5: Summarizing evidence and presenting a reveal

The program is taught by Josh Langenberger, who is a teacher at Howell Middle School South. Langenberger also is an experienced paranormal investigator from NJ True Paranormal, the PAL said.
